    The meat is cooked delicately and succulently on the rotisserie of Molteni. The large pieces – like the Duroc pig’s belly, the irresistible duck or the Matu, the eight-week ripened Simmental beef – are a special treat. “A must” for meat lovers who love big pieces of crispy meat.

    We invite you to sit in the elegant area of ​​the "Madonna's Smile". Painted by Edith Berghofer on pink plush, the image gives the room the name. Harald Brunner is known for his crispy irresistible duck.
Unique in Vienna – the duck is roasted on the Molteni Rotisserie.
